Sheena is an experienced music educator with 10 years of experience teaching music to children, teenagers and adults privately and in school settings. She started formal piano instruction at the tender age of 5 and never looked back. Today, she holds an Associate Diploma in Piano Performance and Music Theory from Trinity College London, as well as a Diploma in Instrumental Teaching from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. In 2022, she expanded her teaching to early childhood music education and became a Licensed Musikgarten teacher. As a believer in lifelong learning, she continues to upgrade herself professionally. In her pursuit of advanced piano studies. she has trained under renowned master teacher Dr Rickie Oui, established soloist Dr Vicky Goon and accomplished pianist Ms Jenny Soh.
Sheena's first experience with teaching was at Piano Master International School as a classical piano teacher. She then pivoted to teaching privately alongside teaching music in secondary schools, before subsequently moving to a primary school. Some of the highlights of her music teaching career in schools include receiving the Innergy Award for her BandJam project, co-teaching the Music Elective Programme and the 'N' Level Music Programme, coaching the Tampines Secondary School Show Choir as a Teacher-in-Charge, and guiding her students in the performance of soundscapes, stomp showcases, pop band arrangements and original music compositions for school showcases and inter-school competitions.
Besides playing the piano, Sheena also plays the guitar, ukulele and flute, and she also enjoys singing. She was a member of the Soprano Guitar section of the Raffles Girls' School Guitar Ensemble and Victoria Junior College Guitar Ensemble. She subsequently joined the Revelation Rock Gospel Choir in the University of York and performed at MAJESTY - Prom Praise 2014 at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of the Soprano section of the All Souls Church choir. Back in Singapore, she joined the church choir and sang in the Soprano section while serving as a back-up singer in the Worship Ministry. She was also engaged to conduct music theory masterclasses to raise the level of musicianship in the choir.

Ms Marjorie has an ABRSM Diploma in Instrumental Teaching and a Grade 8 Piano certificate. She has had more than 30 years of experience as a music educator. She teaches individual piano lessons and early childhood music lessons using the Musikgarten method. She was admitted to the pioneer batch of the ABRSM Certificate of Teaching, during which she spent a week at a conservatory in Benslow and worked under a mentor in Singapore and the UK for a year. She subsequently trained to be a Musikgarten educator and taught music at a kindergarten before moving on to teach a brain-based method at a music school. She underwent training to teach the Music Makers at the Keyboard (MMKB) course offered by Musikgarten four years ago and has been teaching this method ever since, alongside teaching individual piano students from beginners to advanced levels.
